FAQ
Does YourWingman message customers first?
No. It replies to DMs the customer started, and it can send one private reply to someone who comments on your content, inviting them to ask a question. It never messages anyone who has not engaged with you.
What kinds of questions are automated?
Whatever you have written down: opening hours, what you sell, your policies, and the questions you added yourself. Anything you have not covered gets a reply saying the team will confirm.
Can I answer a customer myself?
Yes. Reply in Instagram as usual and the assistant will not answer that message, and you can switch it off entirely from your setup page.
